This Privacy Policy applies to the YouTags Pro Android app (package com.youtags.pro) and the website youtags.pro (together, the "Service"). YouTags Pro is developed and operated by NexusNova Technologies LLP ("NexusNova", "we", "us", "our"), based in New Delhi, India. This policy explains what information the Service accesses, how we use, store and share it, and how you can control it. In particular, it explains how we handle Google user data.

1. Google user data we access

YouTags Pro lets you sign in with your Google Account. When you choose to sign in, the app accesses the following Google user data, using the openid, email and profile scopes:

Your name
Your email address
Your profile picture (if you have one)
Your unique Google account identifier

We do not access any other Google user data. The app does not read your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, YouTube account or any other Google service data.

2. How we use Google user data

We use the Google user data listed above only to provide and improve the user-facing features of YouTags Pro. Specifically, we use it to:

create your account and sign you in;
identify your account so we can restore your Pro purchase and your settings on your devices;
show your name and profile picture inside the app;
contact you about your account or respond to your support requests.

We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

YouTags Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In line with those requirements, we do not use or transfer Google user data for:

targeted, personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising, or any other advertising;
selling to data brokers or information resellers;
determining credit-worthiness or for lending purposes;
building databases unrelated to the features of the app;
developing, improving or training generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

The AI content generation feature in the app works only on the text you enter into it. Your Google user data is not sent to any AI model or AI provider.

No person at NexusNova reads your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or we are required to by law.

4. How we share, transfer or disclose Google user data

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, except in these limited cases:

Service providers acting on our behalf. We use infrastructure and authentication providers (for example, cloud hosting and Firebase Authentication) that process Google user data only to provide those services to us. They may not use it for any other purpose.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose it if required by law, court order or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, the public or the Service.

We do not share Google user data with third parties for any other purpose.

5. How we protect your data

We take the security of your data seriously, including Google user data. Security procedures are in place to protect its confidentiality:

Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Google user data is stored on secure servers, and access to those servers is restricted to the people who need it to operate the Service.
Authentication is handled through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication, so we never see or store your Google password.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention and deletion

We store Google user data only for as long as your account is active, which is the length of time needed to provide the features described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When the retention period for a type of data ends, we delete or destroy it.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data, including Google user data, at any time by emailing support@youtags.pro from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your data within 30 days of verifying your request, except for information we must keep to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

You can also remove YouTags Pro's access to your Google Account at any time in your Google Account permissions. After you remove access, the app can no longer receive new data from your Google Account.

7. Other information we collect

This section covers information that is not Google user data.

Content you enter. Video links, keywords, topics or prompts you type into the app's tools are processed to return tags, keywords, hashtags, SEO scores and AI-generated content.
Purchases. Pro upgrades are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only confirmation of your purchase status so we can unlock Pro features.
Device and usage information. The app may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country and crash reports to keep the app working and to improve it.

We use this information to provide and improve the Service, verify purchases and prevent abuse. We do not sell it.

Access and correction: ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
Deletion: ask us to delete your account and data, as described in section 6.
Withdraw consent: stop using the Service or revoke Google access at any time.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We keep this policy up to date. If we change how the Service uses Google user data or any other personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top, and we will notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
